Problem: Easy to forget whether a dose was taken when the day gets busy.

Approach: Elapsed timer on the lock screen; optional NFC tap to log a dose.

Privacy: Records stay on the device. No account required; no ads.

Problem: Phone “heart rate” apps often invent numbers or hide how uncertain the reading is.
