Phone: install the TiltTrace Android app for live Smart Band 9 heart rate through Notify for Xiaomi (it also feeds LastDose), and the TiltTrace Bridge to send it to your PC. No Android device? The Windows app shows a /live web dashboard address you can open in any browser on your network. See how it works
Free for everyone. No account, no trial nag, no feature locks — install it and keep every session you record.

Your data stays yours
Cooked → Cracked · Composure v2
It scores the moments, not the average.
TiltTrace does not call a high heart rate “tilt.” Every pressure moment — a conceded goal, a demo, a crossbar, a save — is scored on its own: how far your inputs jumped, how far your pulse jumped, how many seconds you took to come back, and whether the next minute held. Then it tells you which player you are: Ice (calm body, steady hands), Furnace (pulse climbing, hands still surgical — the rare one), Wired (calm body, thrashing hands) or Cooked (both go together).
01 · Capture
Play normally.
Start a session, queue Rocket League and let TiltTrace capture the moments that matter without turning your setup into a project.
02 · Connect
Read the reaction.
See what happens after a goal, save, whiff or overtime sequence - across game state, heart rate and controller behaviour.
03 · Review
Come back sharper.
Reopen a local session, inspect recovery and identify the conditions behind your best clutch play.
Made for your actual setup
The signals you already care about, finally in one place.
Use a standard Bluetooth heart-rate sensor, or pair a Xiaomi Smart Band 9 through the optional Android bridge. Your gameplay, controller and physiology stay on your own devices.
Rocket League
Reads the local match feed with resilient reconnect behaviour.
Your controller
Captures XInput sticks, triggers and key actions without inventing a session when a device disappears.
Your pulse
Supports standard BLE sensors on Windows. A Xiaomi Smart Band 9 stays connected to Notify for Xiaomi; keep the TiltTrace Android app open and it streams the band's live heart rate to LastDose and, through the Bridge, to your PC.

Watch support
No wearable? It still scores you.
Heart rate is the optional half. Without a sensor TiltTrace scores your Cooked → Cracked composure from controller input and match events — a real reading, just without the physiology, and the app says so instead of pretending the capture failed. With a sensor it also reads how your body responded: a Xiaomi Smart Band 9 or any standard Bluetooth chest strap works today. If 250 people ask for Wear OS and Galaxy Watch support, it gets built. One press per browser, no email, no account.

TiltTrace 1.2.2
Recommended latest
Released 11 September 2026 · Windows 10/11 x64 + Android
New TiltTrace Android app reads the realtime heart rate Notify for Xiaomi already measures and is the single owner of that stream.
LastDose receives the same live stream while TiltTrace is open; the Bridge relays it to the Windows app.
A heart rate that stops changing for 30 seconds shows as paused, never frozen as live.
Root cause & fixes
Notify for Xiaomi 23.6.4 no longer sends the heart-rate broadcast earlier builds listened for; the only earlier live stream came from a direct band connection that competed with Notify for the band.
Removed that competing band and Notify control from LastDose and the Bridge. Notify is the only app connected to the band.
Fixed the main download button, which pointed at a missing file.
Verified on a Pixel 7: changing live BPM matched Notify's own display and reached LastDose and the Windows app. 63 Windows tests passing.
Keep TiltTrace open (or running from its notification) for live heart rate. 1.2.1 was an interim build not published here.
Autonomic narrowing — a heart-rate-variability-suppression proxy — replaces raw BPM delta as the physiology read, per vagal-withdrawal literature.
Movement dysfluency — a jerk-based roughness read — replaces raw speed excess as the hand read, per reinvestment-theory and movement-smoothness research.
Fast-but-controlled play is no longer mistaken for panic.
Watch the live score from any phone, tablet or Xbox companion browser at a URL the desktop app shows you — no app install.
Verification
59 automated tests passing, including two new signals held to the archetypes they define.
Sources cited in the changelog: HRV/vagal-withdrawal research, reinvestment theory in e-sport, and movement-smoothness jerk metrics.
Cooked → Cracked composure score with live and post-match readings, a per-factor breakdown and a plain-language explanation.
Rebuilt phone Controller Lab: APM, stick and trigger speed, packet rate, a nine-second stick-speed graph, per-stick drift vectors and a live button rail.
New TiltTrace Bridge launcher icon, including round and themed variants.
Launcher-agnostic passive detection for Epic, Steam, Xbox and shortcut launches.
Honesty and hygiene
TiltTrace never launches Rocket League and no longer modifies the game install.
Repairs the per-user telemetry config that Rocket League silently resets, without elevation.
Telemetry status is read from the live port, not assumed from a config file.
Fixed the franticness index and an event-window regression against the reference oracle.
39 automated tests passing; installer and Bridge APK signed and verified.
TiltTrace 1.2.2 stores gameplay, physiology and controller telemetry locally. It does not diagnose health conditions and is not a medical product. Windows binaries are not Authenticode-signed in this release; verify the SHA-256 above.
